HTML
The HTML should be attached in a document.

Links:
- It is recommended that the html doesn't have more than 3 links (the less links the better results).
- No map images should be used.
- If the client is already using tags Marketing won't be able to use tags, however, Traffic will be able to use dart tags.

Dimensions:
-The recommended size for the html would be 500px width per 800px height.

Design:
-The design has to be approved by Marketing (it will require a minimum of quality).

Opt-Out:
The html should have the opt-out link already added.
- If the DB is provided by Terra it should be Terra's opt-out.
- If the DB is provided by client it should have the client's opt-out.
Database
Terra provides Database:
In order to pull the target from our Database we will need:
- Country of residence
- Country of origin
- Age and
- Genre
- State, City or Zip Codes
- Number of users needed
Note 1: Using City and Zip Codes will result in drastically lower DB numbers
Note 2: If the same email needs to be sent to the same users more than once, the drops will be separated with a significant time of at least 2 weeks.

Client provides Database:
-The DB will be sent in a CVS format, and it will need to be either updated for their personal opt-out or an opted out list should be attached in the same format
Sender
The can Spam law requires that the sender be related to the content of the email. That means that we cannot use Terra as a sender if the email is about a client.
Subject
The can Spam law requires that the Subject of the email be related to the content of the email. The subject shouldn't have more than 25 characters and should avoid terms such as:
- Gratis/Free
- Gana/Win
- Premio/Prize
- Regalo/Gift
And terms that could be related to spam emails.
Test list and Date
The test list and date should be attached. Preferred email accounts for test are yahoo, hotmail, terra and aol. Corporate emails are not ideal for testing.
Note: If test is not required it should be stated.
Approval
In order to send a campaign, final approval should be notified via email by Client Services.
Reports
A report for the campaign would be provided a week after the campaign is sent.
Marketing will send the report to Client Services.
The report will show:
- Open Rate
- Click thru
