A Match Made in Cyberspace: Terra and Match.com to Play Cupid to Millions of U.S. Hispanics

Terra Networks has teamed up with Match.com
to enable U.S. Hispanics the search tools necessary to find their ideal partner from
Match.com’s more than 1 million registered users in the Spanish version of its service in the
U.S.

Terra.com users can access the new channel at http://match.terra.com. The Match.com
channel is the newest addition to Terra’s Amor http://terra.com/amor and Vida Blue
http://terra.com/vidablue channels that provide online forums for users to seek out
friendships, partners or relationships regardless of gender and/or sexual preference.

Match.com has helped millions worldwide find meaningful relationships and long lasting
partnerships. Terra’s Amor channel which heavily promotes Match.com, previously averaged
1.5 million chats per month – this is expected to increase with the partnership. Additionally,
Terra’s users can post their own in-depth profiles and browse through the thousands of
members on the Match.com site for free. User profiles include information on hobbies,
religion, physical appearance, education level, languages spoken, occupation, etc. allowing
for detailed searches and successful matches.

According to Sonia Fernandez, general manager of Match.com in Spain, Italy and Latin
America, “The agreement with Terra Networks, the leading U.S. Spanish-language portal, will
offer Hispanics a dating platform that will give them the opportunity to meet others with similar
interests within the states, in Latin America and around the world. Terra users will find this
new dating platform extremely useful in widening their possibilities to find their ideal partner.”

Vida Blue
Vida Blue is Terra’s one-of-a-kind channel targeting a mature, professional adult audience. It
is geared to those interested in the various American lifestyles and the content is portrayed
as unique, daring and different. The channel is more risqué than the other two relationship
channels and users of Vida Blue can select from gender-specific material as well as material
aimed at gay audiences. Like the other Terra.com channels, Vida Blue offers articles on
several topics and relationship advice. It also features tests like “¿Eres un metrosexual?” and
topics like “Piernas Envidiables” and “Kamasutra”. Since its launch in May, more than
461,0521 unique users have visited the channel.

Amor@Terra featuring Cecilia Alegría
In addition to Match.com, Terra.com offers users access to the expert advice of Cecilia
Alegría, founder of Centro de Consejería Familiar in Lima, Perú dedicated to assisting
couples and families with communication problems. Offering Hispanics the opportunity for live
interaction through periodic web casts, Alegría will appear on Terra.com to discuss love,
romance and more. She will offer relationship and dating tips and cover topics like “Finding
Your Ideal Partner” and “How to Create Your Online Profile.” The interactive web casts will air
on Thursdays at 2:30 p.m. beginning September 15. Additionally, Alegría will invite Terra’s
users to select topics through the use of online surveys posted at Terra’s Amor channel for
her show “Cecí en Línea: Consejos Para el Corazón” on several hundred cable television
channels in markets like Los Angeles, Houston, Miami, Chicago and San Antonio.

“Terra's strength lies in being able to consistently deliver relevant, best in class content to our
Hispanic and Latino audience across all channels,” states Fernando Rodriguez, CEO for
Terra Networks. “We are pleased to enhance our lifestyle offering through the integration of
Match.com. The partnership with Match.com, the new Vida Blue channel and Alegría's live
web casts with survey feedback position Terra as leading online content innovation while
serving the basic human needs for companionship and communication."
