Terra Music Launches Today a New Interactive Bilingual Music Platform Including Live-Streaming, Video on Demand and Intimate Concerts

The First Live Stream on March 7 Features Two-Time Grammy Nominated Band, Locos Por Juana

Miami, FL – March 7th, 2012 - Terra, a global digital media company and content producer with a presence in 18 countries, is launching a new interactive music platform today, March 7, featuring Locos Por Juana, the two-time Grammy-nominated bilingual Latin Band. Tune in today at 4:00 pm ET on www.terra.com. This is the first in a series of 360-degree Terra live music experiences where users can interact with both well-known musical artists and up-and-coming bands in an intimate setting. Hosted by Terra’s “Music City” VJ, Mauricio Mendoza, from Terra’s new state-of-the-art studio in Miami, this program will be available online, through mobile devices and tablets and shared via social media.

During the live broadcasts, users can chat, tweet and post questions via mobile and online for the bands and artists. Their questions will be answered during the live broadcast(s). Users can enter contests for the chance to be in the studio audience, win prizes and signed memorabilia, such as an acoustic Epiphone guitar from Gibson signed by Locos Por Juana for the first event.

The launch of this new platform builds upon recent live stream successes on Terra in the US market including The Pan American Games and concert streams such as Wisin y Yandel and Ricky Martin.
