Terra USA Names Adela Hamann New Director of Marketing

Miami, FL – March 21, 2012 - Terra, a global digital media company and bilingual content producer with a presence in 18 countries, welcomes Adela Hamann as Director of Marketing. Hamann will be responsible for developing and managing the organization's marketing strategies in order to expand Terra’s audience in the United States. Hamann will also direct and coordinate public relations initiatives for both the US Hispanic and general markets. In this new role, Hamann will report to Fernando Rodriguez, CEO of Terra Networks USA.

Hamann has most recently worked for WPP group agencies JWT and Y&R on clients such as AMD, HP Latin America, Royal Caribbean, Apple Latin America, Mattel, Fisher Price and Accenture developing and executing online and offline campaigns for the US Hispanic and Latin American markets. Prior to that, she worked for the US subsidiary of Telecom Italia, on the team responsible for the hugely successful launch of the US Hispanic long-distance code 1010-123.

Hamann has more than 12 years of experience in marketing positions at leading companies in the communications field and has taught Public Relations as an Adjunct Professor at Miami Dade College and Jones College.
