PARA RESIDENTES LEGALES DE LOS ESTADOS UNIDOS CONTINENTALES
INCLUYENDO PUERTO RICO.
POR RAZONES DE SEGURIDAD SE REQUIERE PRESENTAR UN PASAPORTE VALIDO PARA ENTRAR AL AREA DE  ASIENTOS FRENTE A LA ALFOMBRA ROJA DE LOS OSCARS 2007.
 NO SE REQUIERE DESEMBOLSO.

FOR LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES
INCLUDING PUERTO RICO.
FOR SECURITY REASONS A VALID PASSPORT MUST BE PRESENTED TO ENTER THE STANDS IN FRONT OF THE RED CARPET AT THE OSCARS 2007.
 NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

1. ELEGIBILIDAD
Esta promoción (la "Promocion") es NULA ALLI DONDE NO ESTE PERMITIDA POR LA LEY. Sólo podrán participar residentes legales de los Estados Unidos continentales o Puerto Rico mayores de 21 años.   Para razones de seguridad se requiere presentar un pasaporte válido para entrar al área de asientos frente a la alfombra roja de los Oscars 2007.  No son elegibles a participar los empleados de Terra Networks Operations, Inc. (con sus matrices, afiliadas, filiales, agentes, u otros representantes a la que colectivamente nos referiremos como "Terra"), y sus familiares inmediatos (definidos como padres, cónyuges, hijos, hermanos y abuelos o quienes con ellos convivan).
1. ELIGIBILITY
This promotion (the "Promotion") is VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Entry is open to anyone who is a legal resident of the United States or Puerto Rico and at least 21 years old.  For security reasons, a valid passport must be presented to enter the stands in front of the red carpet of the Oscars 2007.  Employees and their immediate family (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings, and grandparents and other household members) of Terra Networks Operations, Inc (together with its parents, affiliates and subsidiaries, agents, and other representatives, collectively referred to herein with as "Terra"),  are NOT eligible to participate.

2. PARA REGISTRARSE Y PARTICIPAR

El usuario deberá registrarse para participar en la Promoción. Sólo se podrá participar en línea a través del portal de Terra y durante el periodo desde el 16 de febrero del 2006 hasta el 31 de marzo del 2006, aunque Terra siempre se reserva el derecho de notificar de cualquier modificación o extensión de dicho periodo.
Para participar, el usuario deberá ir a la siguiente dirección:  www.terra.com/cine/oscar2006/gana.html y seguir las instrucciones que aparecen en pantalla. Los usuarios podrán participar solo una vez cada dia durante la Promoción.
Todos los registros en línea deberán ser enviados antes de las 11:59 EST PM del día de finalización de la Promoción. Todos los registros serán propiedad exclusiva de Terra. Para información relativa a la política de privacidad de Terra, presione http://www.terra.com/info/privacidad.htm. Terra se reserva el derecho de limitar el número de registros en cada Promoción sin razón específica en cualquier momento.
2. TO ENTER
To participate, the users must go online to the following site: www.terra.com/cine/oscar2006/gana.html, and follow the on-screen instructions during the period beginning on February 16th, 2006 and ending on March 31st, 2006, although Terra reserves the right to modify or extend the aforementioned period.
This Promotion is limited to one entry/ registration per day per person. All online entries must be submitted and received by Terra on or before 11:59:00 EST PM. on the end date of Promotion. All entries become the exclusive property of Terra. For information regarding Terra's privacy policy, please go to http://www.terra.com/info/privacidad. Terra reserves the right to limit the number of entries to the Promotion for any or no reason at any time.
3. SELECCIÓN DE GANADORES

Se llevará a cabo un sorteo entre todos los participantes elegibles, en o alrededor del 13 de marzo del 2006, a fin de determinar los ganadores de los Premios que se describen más adelante.  El sorteo estará a cargo de Terra, cuyas decisiones serán definitivas en todos los asuntos relacionados con esta Promoción.  Las probabilidades de ganar dependen de la cantidad de inscripciones elegibles que se reciban.

Cada ganador será notificado por correo electrónico y/o por teléfono.  Si el ganador no responde a la notificación dentro de un plazo de 72 horas, puede ser descalificado y se elegirá a un ganador alternativo.  El ganador deberá proporcionar cualquier comprobante de edad y elegibilidad que exija Terra.  También se requerirá que el ganador llene una declaración jurada de elegibilidad, así como un relevo de responsabilidad y, donde lo permita la ley, una declaración de publicidad.  Si el ganador no completa y devuelve dichos documentos dentro de un plazo de 7 días, Terra tendrá derecho a descalificar al candidato y seleccionar a un ganador alternativo.

3.	SELECTION OF WINNERS

A random drawing from among all eligible entries will be held on or about March 13th, 2006 to determine the winner of the Prizes described below.  The drawing will be conducted by Terra whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Promotion.  Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
Each winner will be notified via email and/or telephone.  A failure to respond to the notification within 72 hours may result in disqualification and an alternate winner being selected.  Winner must provide any proof of age and eligibility required by Terra.  Winner may also be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability and, where permitted by law, a publicity release.  Failure to complete and return these documents within 7 days will entitle Terra to disqualify the candidate and select an alternate winner.
4. PREMIOS
Premio Grande:
Un (1) ganador del premio grande puede ganar un (1) viaje para dos (2) personas a Los Angeles, California para sentarse en los asientos en las gradas para los fanáticos de la alfombra roja fuera de los premios Oscar 2007.
El Premio Grande incluye:

* Dos (2) boletos de ida y vuelta en avión en clase económica desde el aeropuerto principal más cercano a la casa del ganador hasta  Los Angeles, California.  La aerolínea será determinada por Terra en su única discreción.  EST. ARV. $400

* Dos (2) noches gratis para dos (2) personas en una habitación de hotel en el área de Los Angeles, CA, seleccionada en la única discreción de Terra. EST. ARV. $300

* Dos (2) entradas para sentarse en los asientos en las gradas de los fanáticos de la alfombra roja  fuera de  los premios Oscar 2007.

* Una (1) cena gratis para dos (2) personas en un restaurante en el área de Los Angeles, CA, seleccionado en la única discreción de Terra.  EST. ARV. $250

* $500 en gastos pagados.  EST. ARV. $500

TOTAL EST. ARV DEL PREMIO GRANDE: $1750

El premio grande no incluye comidas, gastos imprevistos, propinas, llamadas telefónicas o cualquier otro gasto personal incurrido durante el viaje. El ganador se hará responsable de la transportación terrestre hasta y desde el aeropuerto, en el punto de origen y en Los Angeles, CA. Bloqueo de fechas u otras restricciones pueden aplicar según lo determine la línea aérea y/o el hotel.  Los arreglos de viaje del ganador deberán ser realizados con un mínimo de ciertos días de anticipación a la fecha de viaje y están sujetos a disponibilidad.

Los premios no son transferibles. La sustitución de los premios o su canjeo no están permitidos, excepto por Terra, que se reserva el derecho de sustituir un premio por otro de igual o más valor si el premio inicial no está disponible por cualquier motivo. Los impuestos, derechos y recargos sobre los premios serán la responsabilidad única del ganador.

Los asientos en las gradas de fanáticos en la alfombra roja  fuera de los Premios Oscars 2007 no son transferibles y no tienen precio de venta o re venta.  Este premio no incluye entradas para la ceremonia de los Academy Awards, ni entrada al Kodak Theatre.

El ganador y su invitado tienen que cumplir con todos los requerimientos y procedimientos de seguridad impuestos por la Academia y/o sus representantes., También deben firmar una hoja de  relevo y pasar un registro de  entrada al área. La Academia se reserva el derecho de admisión o suspensión o cancelación de la participación de cualquier ganador o invitado que no cumpla con los requerimientos de seguridad o comportamiento.

Si la ceremonia de los Academy Awards fuese cancelada o alterada en alguna forma que pueda prevenir o invalidar la reservación de los asientos para ver las festividades de la alfombra roja, el auspiciador es responsable solamente de proveer la parte del premio restantes según descritas arriba.

4. PRIZES
Grand Prize:
One (1) grand prize winner can win a trip for two (2) to Los Angeles, California to sit in the red carpet fan stands outside the Oscars 2007.
The Grand Prize includes:

* Two (2) round trip coach class airline tickets from the major airport nearest winner's residence to Los Angeles, California.  The airline will be determined by Terra in its sole discretion.  EST. ARV. $400

* Two (2) free nights for two (2) people in a hotel room in the area of Los Angeles, CA, to be determined by Terra in its sole discretion.  EST. ARV. $300

* Two (2) tickets to enter the stands in front of the red carpet for the Oscars 2007.

* One (1) free dinner for two (2) people in a restaurant in the Los Angeles, CA area, to be determined by Terra in its sole discretion. EST. ARV. $250

* $500 in spending cash.  EST. ARV. $500

TOTAL EST ARV OF GRAND PRIZE: $1750

The grand prize does not include food, expenses, tips, telephone charges or any other personal expenses. The winner will be responsible for transportation to and from the airport from the point origin and Los Angeles, CA.  Black out dates and other restrictions may apply as determined by the airline or hotel.  Travel arrangements for the winner should be made in advance within a minimum number of day's anticipation and are subject to availability.
Prizes are not transferable. Substitution or cash redemption of prizes is not permitted, except by Terra, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize cannot be awarded for any reason. All taxes, fees and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of winner.

Red Carpet Bleacher Seats are non-transferable and have no retail or re-sale value.  Prize does not include admittance to the Academy Awards(r) ceremony, nor entrance into the Kodak Theatre.

Winner and guest must comply with any security procedure or measures imposed by the Academy and/or its representatives, sign a release form and pass a background check. The Academy reserves its right in its sole discretion to suspend or cancel the participation of any winner or guest due to non-compliance with any security procedure or inappropriate behavior or misconduct.

In the unlikely  event that the Academy Awards Ceremony is cancelled or altered in any way which would prevent or invalidate the awarding of reserved seating to view the red carpet festivities, the Sponsor is responsible only for providing the remaining portions of the prize as described above.

5. CONDICIONES
La Promoción estará regida por estas Reglas Oficiales. Mediante el registro los participantes aceptan esta Reglas Oficiales y entienden que los resultados de la Promoción son finales a todos los respectos. Todas las decisiones referentes a la Promoción, incluidas la selección de los ganadores y la entrega de los premios, serán llevadas a cabo por Terra y serán finales y vinculantes.

Terra puede prohibir a cualquiera de los participantes la concurrencia a esta Promoción o cualesquiera promociones futuras, bajo su sola discreción, cuando (i) el participante haya mentido en el proceso de inscripción, (ii) haga caso omiso de las reglas repetidamente o (iii) actúe (a) de forma poco deportiva, (b) con intención de molestar, abusar amenazar o acosar a Terra o cualquier otro participante o (c) actúe de cualquier otra forma que impida el normal desarrollo de la Promoción.
La Promoción puede ser terminada en cualquier momento después de su inicio y sin notificación previa; sin embargo se hará entrega de los premios.
La Promoción, y todas las promociones aquí relacionadas, están sujetas a las leyes y regulaciones federales, estatales y locales. La Promoción y todas las promociones aquí relacionadas, incluida la interpretación de estas Reglas Oficiales, estarán regidas por las leyes del estado de la Florida y, mediante el envío del formulario de participación, cada participante se somete a la jurisdicción personal de este estado.
5. CONDITIONS
The Promotion is governed by these Official Rules. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules, and understand that the Promotion's results are final in all respects. All decisions regarding the Promotion, including, but not limited to, selecting potential winners and awarding prizes, will be made by Terra, whose decisions will be final and binding.
Terra may prohibit any entrant from participating in this Promotion or any future promotion if, at the sole discretion of Terra, such entrant (i) has tampered with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or Website, (ii) repeatedly shows a disregard for the rules, or (iii) acts (a) in an unsportsmanlike manner, (b) with an intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass Terra or any other entrant, or (c) in any other disruptive manner.
The Promotion may be terminated or extended at any time after its commencement without prior notice; however, any prizes due will still be awarded.
The Promotion, and all promotions relating thereto, are subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The Promotion, and any promotions relating thereto, including the interpretation of these Official Rules, are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and, by submitting an entry form, each entrant submits to the personal jurisdiction of that state.
6. LIMITACION DE RESPONSABILIDADES
Terra no será responsable de ninguna información incorrecta o inexacta, ni de cualquier información remitida por los usuarios de la web o a cualquier equipo o programador asociado o utilizado por la Promoción ni por cualquier error técnico o humano que pueda tener lugar durante el proceso de inscripción. Terra no asume responsabilidad alguna por cualquier error, omisión, interrupción, eliminación, defecto, retraso en operaciones o transmisiones, fallos en la línea de comunicación, robo o destrucción o acceso autorizado o alteración de inscripciones. Terra no será responsable por los problemas, errores o mal funcionamiento técnico de las líneas telefónicas, sistemas informáticos en línea, servidores o proveedores, equipos informáticos o software o fallos de cuentas de correo electrónico por fallos técnicos, por saturación de líneas de Internet o de cualquier sitio web o una combinación de las anteriores, incluyendo daños a los participantes o cualesquiera otras personas que participen o descarguen material de esta Promoción. Si, por alguna razón, la Promoción no funciona de la forma prevista, incluida infección por virus informáticos, bugs, falsificaciones, intervención no autorizada, fraude, fallos técnicos o cualesquiera otras causas fuera del control de Terra que corrompan la administración, seguridad, equidad y desarrollo adecuado de la Promoción, Terra se reserva el derecho, a su única discreción, de cancelar, terminar, modificar o suspender la Promoción y conceder por sorteo los premios entre las participaciones elegibles recibidas hasta el momento en que se tome tal medida. 6. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Terra is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information or entry of information, whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries in the Promotion. Terra assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or authorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Terra is not responsible for any problems, errors or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, or software, or any failure of email on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this Promotion. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Terra which corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, Terra reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and to randomly award the prizes from among all eligible entries received prior to such action being taken. Terra is not responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, damaged or postage due entries. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION/CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, TERRA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
7. INDEMNIZACION Y DESCARGO

Cada participante entiende y acepta que las partes no son ni pueden ser responsables por ninguna garantía o representación expresa o implícita, de facto o de jure, relativa a la Promoción o sus premios, incluida pero no limitada a su calidad o idoneidad para un determinado propósito.
Al participar, los participantes aceptan relevar y mantener sin daño alguno a  A.M.P.A.S. a sus respectivos miembros, oficiales, abogados, empleados, y agentes de cualquier daño, lesión, muerte, pérdida, costo, o cualquier responsabilidad de cualquier tipo, incluyendo costos de abogado que puedan surgir por o desde cualquier conexión con su participación en esta promoción, posesión o utilización del premio por cualquier mal uso o mal funcionamiento de cualquiera de los premios otorgados.
7. INDEMNIFICATION AND RELEASE
By participating in the Promotion, and any promotions relating thereto, each entrant agrees to release and hold Terra and any other participating entity along with their respective parents, affiliates and subsidiaries, and their respective employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy, either directly or indirectly related to or arising from the Promotion or from acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of any prize. Each entrant further acknowledges that such parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Promotion/Contest or any prize, including but not limited to its quality or fitness for a particular purpose.
By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless A.M.P.A.S. and their respective members, officers, attorneys, employees, and agents from any and all damage, injury, death, loss, costs or other liability of any kind, including attorney's fess, that may arise from or in connection with his or her entry, possession or use of any prize, or his or her participation in the promotion, or from any misuse or malfunction of any prize awarded.
