Gary Alazraki: Director
Gary began his career at a very young age. By age 21, he
completed his short film, Respete las Señales receiving critical
acclaim in many festivals. His next short, Volver, Volver, caught
the eye of the highly awarded commercial director Simón Bross.
Bross invited Alazraki and veteran director Pitipol Ibarra to open
the production company Agave Shots. Gary, along with his
business partners, is preparing his first feature as a producer,
Novenario, which will begin shooting in 2008 with Warner Bros.
José María Yazpik
José's work spans across film, television and theater. His films
include La Habitación Azul, Nicotina, Innocent Voices, Crónicas,
and Las Vueltas del Citrillo (Ariel Award for Best Supporting
Actor). In theater, he was awarded the Best Comic Actor prize
from the Mexican Association of Theater Critics.

Iliana Fox
Iliana began by taking singing lessons with Carlos Fernández
and later entered TV Azteca´s acting school (CEFAC). She acted
in telenovelas such as Señora, Tres Veces Sofía and Marea
Brava. Iliana landed her first lead role in Ellas, followed by roles
in Cuando Seas Mía, Lo que Callamos las Mujeres, and the
telenovela Mirada de Mujer, el Regreso. In film, Iliana played a
double leading role in Km. 31, directed by Rigoberto Castañeda.

Guillermo Arriaga: Writer, Producer
Guillermo is considered one of the most influential writers in
Contemporary Literature. His work as a screenwriter has been
of the most revolutionary and interesting in world cinema. He
has written 3 novels: Escuadrón Guillotina, Un Dulce Olor a
Muerte and El Búfalo de la Noche; a book of short stories:
Retorno 201; and the screenplays: Amores Perros, 21 Grams,
The Three Burials of Melquiades Estrada (winner of the Palme
D'Or for Best Screenplay, Cannes 2005), and Babel.

Lucas Akoskin: Producer
After working as an actor in several Argentine hit TV shows,
Lucas relocated to NY where he wrote The Doorman, a feature
film he starred, wrote and produced with Gigantic Pictures and is
currently playing the festival circuit. Lucas was instrumental at
bringing together an industry key player, Harvey Weinstein, with
Argentine art connoisseur Eduardo Costantini, which resulted in a partnership to
produce and distribute films. Lucas recently finished producing Terra Shorts: a
collection of independent stories woven together by the common Latin American
experience. La Hora Cero is one of these stories.
