Leonardo Bechini: Director, Writer

Leonardo has been making movies since he was 13 years old. He acted in television and theater, started POL-ka productions (the most important independent production company in Argentina), won multiple national awards as writer/director, and was the Artistic Director for Channel 7 (Argentina). Leonardo currently writes and directs productions in Argentina, Chile and Mexico.

Lucas Akoskin: Guido, Producer

Lucas Akoskin has spent most of his life near a camera. By his early twenties, he had already worked as an actor in several Argentine hit TV shows. In 2001, Lucas relocated to New York where he started writing The Doorman, a feature film he starred, wrote and produced with Gigantic Pictures and is currently playing the film festival circuit. Lucas was instrumental at bringing together one of the industry's key players, Harvey Weinstein, with Argentine art connoisseur Eduardo Costantini, which resulted in a partnership to produce and distribute films: The Latin American Film Fund. Lucas recently finished producing Terra Shorts: a collection of independent stories woven together by the common Latin American experience. La Mujer de Hielo is one of these stories.

Gastón Pauls: Marcos

Born in Argentina, his actor training was under Carlos Gandolfo and Julio Chávez. His break came in 1994 with the teen series Montańa Rusa. From that moment he knew it was going to be difficult to step away from a heartthrob image, and decided to carefully select his next projects to consolidate his image as an actor. A long career in TV followed with hit series such as Los Especiales de Alejandro Doria, El Rafa, Alas, La Cautiva, Tiempo Final and Tumberos. He transitioned to film in 1994 where he worked in multiple films including Beauty, La Sonámbula and El Desvío. His breakthrough year came in 2000 with five movies including Nueve Reinas, Nueces para el Amor, and Felicidades. Most recently, Gaston will be seen in Guerrilla, directed by Steven Soderbergh.

Belen Blanco has won an ACE award and has been nominated for the Martin Fierro award as well. Her work in TV has been the biggest success. Mostly TV Films that reached most of the world such as Tumberos, Botines and Mujeres asesinas. Her last film called Las Manos, won several awards around the world, and La Monja in Spain as well.
