1. ELEGIBILIDAD
Esta Promoción de Gánate dos tiquetes para ir a un partido de Copa Oro (la “Promoción”) es NULA DONDE NO ESTE PERMITIDA POR LA LEY. Sólo podrán participar mayores de 18 años residentes legales de EEUU.   No son elegibles a participar los miembros de la junta directiva, los ejecutivos, y empleados de Terra Networks Operations, Inc. (con sus respectivas matrices, afiliadas, filiales, agentes, distribuidores, concesionarios, agencia de publicidad u otros representantes a los que colectivamente nos referiremos como “Terra” o “Entidades Participantes”) y sus familiares inmediatos (definidos como padres, cónyuges, hijos, hermanos y abuelos o quienes vivan con ellos). 
1. ELIGIBILITY
This Terra’s Gold Cup Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Entry is open to anyone who is at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the US.  Any officer, director, employee and/or his/her immediate family (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents and other household members) of Terra Networks Operations, Inc. (together with their respective parent, affiliates and subsidiaries, agents, distributors, dealers, advertising agencies and other representatives, collectively referred to herein as “Terra” or "Participating Entities"), are NOT eligible to participate.

2. PARA REGISTRARSE Y PARTICIPAR

Sólo se podrá participar en línea a través del portal de Terra y durante el periodo desde el 4 de junio del 2007 hasta el 15 de junio del 2007 (“Periodo de Promoción”), aunque Terra siempre se reserva el derecho de notificar de cualquier modificación o extensión de dicho periodo.

Cada usuario podrá participar solo una vez por día durante la Promoción.  Todos los registros en línea deberán ser enviados antes de las 11:59 EST PM del día de finalización de la Promoción. Todos los registros serán propiedad exclusiva de Terra. Terra se reserva el derecho de limitar el número de registros en cada Promoción sin razón específica en cualquier momento. 2. TO ENTER 
The Sweepstakes begins on or about June 4, 2007 and ends on June 15, 2007 (the “Promotion Period”).  To enter, participants must go online to the following URL: http://www.terra.com/copaoro/ (the "Website"), and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the entry form.  Terra reserves the right to modify or extend the Promotion Period. 
There is a limit of one entry per person per day. All online entries must be submitted and received by Terra by 11:59 p.m. EST  on the last day  of the Promotion Period in order to be eligible. All entries become the exclusive property of Terra. Terra reserves the right to limit the number of entries to the Sweepstakes for any or no reason at any time. For information regarding Terra’s privacy policies, please go to http://www.terra.com/info/privacidad. If an entrant chooses to opt-in to a specific offer from a Participating Entity, his/her personal information will be subject to that Participating Entity’s privacy policy and terms of service (if applicable) and such entrant agrees to receive additional email communication from that Participating Entity. Respective privacy policies of Participating Entities participating in opt-ins will be accessible from the entry page.

3. SELECCIÓN DE GANADORES

Se llevará a cabo un sorteo entre todos los participantes elegibles, a fin de determinar los ganadores de los Premios que se describen más adelante.  El sorteo estará a cargo de Terra, cuyas decisiones serán definitivas y obligatorias en todos los asuntos relacionados con esta Promoción.  Las probabilidades de ganar dependen de la cantidad de inscripciones elegibles que se reciban.

En el caso que exista duda en cuanto a la identidad de un participante, se presumirá titular el que tenga la cuenta de correo electrónico abierta y pueda demostrarlo según los términos siguientes. Terra podrá exigir al ganador prueba de titularidad de la cuenta de correo desde la que se ha recibido el registro ganador. “Titular Autorizado” significa la persona natural vinculada a una cuenta de correo electrónico por un proveedor de acceso a Internet, un proveedor de servicios en línea o cualquier otra entidad que sea responsable de asignar direcciones de correo electrónico para el dominio asociado con la dirección de correo enviada (Ej. Trabajo, institución educativa....)
Después de la determinación, el ganador potencial será notificado por correo electrónico y/o por teléfono (La notificación) usando la información provista en el momento de registro.  Terra no se responsabiliza por notificaciones no recibidas por cualquier ganador. Si el ganador potencial no se localiza a través de correo electrónico o teléfono después de enviada la notificación en un plazo de 72 horas, Terra elegirá a un ganador alterno.

La aceptación de un premio constituye un permiso para las Entidades Participantes para utilizar (World-wide) el nombre, estado de residencia, fotografía, imagen, voz, información biográfica, y declaraciones del ganador para propósitos publicitarios tanto en línea como en medios impresos o cualquier otro medio conocido o desarrollado en un futuro por perpetuidad, a su discreción con fines promociónales sin ninguna compensación adicional, excepto donde lo prohíba la ley.

3.	SELECTION OF WINNERS

During the Promotion Period, a random drawing will be conducted among all eligible entries received to determine the winners of the Prizes described below.  The drawing will be conducted by Terra whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.  Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted the online entry (email), the entry shall be deemed submitted by the Authorized Holder (as defined below) of the email account. Winners may be requested to provide Terra with proof that such person is the Authorized Holder (as defined below) of the email address associated with the winning entry. “Authorized Holder” shall mean the natural person assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.).

The potential winner will be notified by e-mail and/or telephone (the “Notification”) using the contact information provided at the time of entry.  Terra shall have no liability for any winner notification that is not received by the potential winner for any reason.  If a potential winner is unreachable via e-mail or telephone within seventy-two (72) hours after the Notification is sent, Terra will select an alternate winner.

Acceptance of a prize constitutes winner’s permission for the Participating Entities to use and publish winner's proper name and state of residence, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide, online and in print, or in any other media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

4. PREMIOS
 
Diez (10) ganadores recibirán dos (2)  tiquetes cada uno para  el partido del 12 de junio del 2007 de la Copa Oro en Houston, Texas y Diez (10) personas pueden ganar dos (2) tiquetes cada uno para  el partido del 17 de junio del 2007 de la Copa Oro en Houston, Texas.

Valor Total Aproximado (ARV) de los premios: $1200.00.00 USD (cada boleto tiene un ARV de $30.00 USD).

Los premios no son transferibles. La sustitución de los premios o su canjeo no están permitidos, excepto por las Entidades Participantes que se reserva el derecho de sustituir los premios por otros de igual o más valor si cualquier premio inicial no está disponible por cualquier motivo. En el caso de que el precio actual de los premios sea menos que el ARV declarado en estas reglas, el ganador no  recibirá ningún pago por la diferencia. Cualquier gasto en viajar o transportarse al sitio del partido no esta incluido en el premio.  
 
4. PRIZES
Ten (10) winners will receive two (2) tickets each for the June 12th 2007 Gold Cup match in Houston, Texas and  ten (10) winners will receive two (2) tickets each for the June 17th Gold Cup match in Houston..

TOTAL Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the prizes: $1200.00 USD (each ticket has an ARV of $30 USD)

Prizes are not transferable. Substitution or cash redemption of prizes is not permitted, except by the Participating Entities, who reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize cannot be awarded for any reason.   If the actual purchase price of the electronics prize is less than the ARV stated herein, the prize winner will not be entitled to a check or cash for the price difference. Any travel or transportation required by a winner to the site of the match is not included in the prize.

5. CONDICIONES
La Promoción estará regida por estas Reglas Oficiales. Mediante el registro, los participantes aceptan y se rigen por estas Reglas Oficiales y entienden que los resultados de la Promoción son finales en todos los aspectos. Todas las decisiones referentes a la Promoción, incluidas la selección de los ganadores y la entrega de los premios, serán llevadas a cabo por las Entidades Participantes y serán finales y obligatorias.
 
Cada uno de los ganadores deberá completar, firmar y notarizar un affidávit de elegibilidad y relevo de responsabilidades y, si la ley lo permite, una autorización para publicidad, y cualquier otro documento considerado por las Entidades Participantes como necesario para la entrega de los premios (“Documentos Relevantes”). Los Documentos Relevantes deberán ser firmados y devueltos dentro de los siete (7) días posteriores a los que se envíen los formularios, y si un ganador no entrega los Documentos Relevantes en el periodo de catorce (14) días, las Entidades Participantes se reservan el derecho de retener el premio y asignarlo a un nuevo ganador.  Si alguno de los premios o sus notificaciones no se pueden entregar, el ganador será descalificado y será designado en su lugar otro ganador.  
Las Entidades Participantes pueden prohibir a cualquier persona su participación en esta Promoción o cualquier promoción futura, bajo su sola discreción, cuando (i) el participante haya mentido en el proceso de inscripción, (ii) haga caso omiso de las reglas repetidamente o (iii) actúe (a) de forma poco deportiva, (b) con intención de molestar, abusar amenazar o acosar a las Entidades Participantes o cualquier otro participante o (c) actúe de cualquier otra forma que impida el desarrollo normal de la promoción.
La Promoción puede ser terminada en cualquier momento después de su inicio y sin notificación previa; sin embargo se hará entrega de los premios.
La Promoción y todas las promociones aquí relacionadas, están sujetas a las leyes y regulaciones federales, estatales y locales. La Promoción y todas las promociones aquí relacionadas, incluida la interpretación de estas Reglas Oficiales, estarán regidas por las leyes de cada estado y, mediante el envío del formulario de participación, cada participante se somete a la jurisdicción personal de este estado.
5. CONDITIONS
The Sweepstakes is governed by these Official Rules. By participating, entrants agree to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules. All decisions regarding the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, selecting potential winners and awarding prizes, will be made by the Terra, whose decisions will be final and binding. 
The potential winners will each be required to complete, execute and notarize an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability and, where permitted by law, publicity release, and any other document deemed reasonably necessary by Participating Entities in order to award the prizes (“Relevant Forms”). Each potential winner's Relevant Forms must be signed and returned within seven (7) days after the forms are provided, and if a potential winner fails to return his/her Relevant Forms within such seven (7) day period, such potential winner’s prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate potential winner selected at random from all eligible entries. If any prize or prize notification is returned as non-deliverable, the potential winner will be disqualified and another potential winner will be selected in the original potential winner's place.
Terra may prohibit any entrant from participating in this Sweepstakes or any future promotion if, at the sole discretion of Terra, such entrant (i) has tampered with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or Website, (ii) repeatedly shows a disregard for the rules, or (iii) acts (a) in an unsportsmanlike manner, (b) with an intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass Terra or any other entrant, or (c) in any other disruptive manner. 
The Sweepstakes may be terminated or extended at any time after its commencement without prior notice; however, any prizes due will still be awarded. 
The Sweepstakes, and all promotions relating thereto, are subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. The Sweepstakes, including the interpretation of these Official Rules, are governed by the laws of each state and by submitting an entry form, each entrant submits to the personal jurisdiction of that state. 
6. LIMITACION DE RESPONSABILIDADES
Las Entidades Participantes no serán responsables de ninguna información incorrecta o inexacta, ni de cualquier información remitida por los usuarios de la Web o a cualquier equipo o programador asociado o utilizado por la Promoción ni por cualquier error técnico o humano que pueda tener lugar durante el proceso de inscripción. Terra no asume responsabilidad alguna por cualquier error, omisión, interrupción, eliminación, defecto, retraso en operaciones o transmisiones, fallos en la línea de comunicación, robo o destrucción o acceso autorizado o alteración de inscripciones. Las Entidades Participantes no serán responsables por los problemas, errores o mal funcionamiento técnico de las líneas telefónicas, sistemas informáticos en línea, servidores o proveedores, equipos informáticos, software o fallos de cuentas de correo electrónico por fallos técnicos, por saturación de líneas de Internet o de cualquier sitio Web o una combinación de las anteriores, incluyendo daños a los participantes u otras personas que participen o descarguen material de esta Promoción. Si por alguna razón, la Promoción no funciona de la forma prevista, incluida infección por virus informáticos, bugs, falsificaciones, intervención no autorizada, fraude, fallos técnicos o cualquier otra causa fuera del control de las Entidades Participantes que corrompan la administración, seguridad, equidad y desarrollo adecuado de la Promoción, las Entidades Participantes se reservan el derecho, a su única discreción, de cancelar, terminar, modificar o suspender la Promoción y conceder por sorteo los premios entre las participaciones elegibles recibidas hasta el momento en que se tome tal medida. CUALQUIER INTENTO DE UN PARTICIPANTE U OTRO INDIVIDUO DE DAÑAR DELIBERADAMENTE UN SITIO WEB O IMPEDIR EL DESARROLLO LEGITIMO DE UNA PROMOCION O CONCURSO ES UNA INFRACCION DE LAS LEYES CIVILES Y PENALES Y SI OCURRIESE TAL CIRCUNSTANCIA LAS ENTITADES PARTICIPANTES SE RESERVA EL DERECHO DE EXIGIR RESPONSABILIDADES AL AUTOR HASTA EL LIMITE PREVISTO POR LA LEY.
6. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY 
Terra is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information or entry of information, whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries in the Sweepstakes. Terra assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or authorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Terra is not responsible for any problems, errors or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, or software, or any failure of email on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Terra which corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Terra reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and to randomly award the prizes from among all eligible entries received prior to such action being taken. Terra is not responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, damaged or postage due entries. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, TERRA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
7. INDEMNIZACION Y DESCARGO

7. INDEMNIFICATION AND RELEASE
By participating in the Sweepstakes, and any promotions relating thereto, each entrant agrees to release and hold the Participating Entities, their respective parent, affiliates and subsidiaries, and their respective employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy, either directly or indirectly related to or arising from the Sweepstakes or from receipt, acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of any prize. Each entrant further acknowledges that such parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Sweepstakes or any prize, including but not limited to its quality or fitness for a particular purpose.
