SYNOPSIS:
In this Christmas comedy, a divorced dad has to take
over for the legendary gift-giver after the real
Santa falls off of a roof. The dad, a non-believer
(in Santa), takes his son along and finds meaning
in Christmas, but he has a little trouble convincing
his ex-wife.
Tim Allen stars as Scott Calvin, a well-paid toy
maker who is struggling to keep a relationship
with his child after a divorce. When Santa Claus
falls off of Scott's roof, however, he must assume
the role of ole' St. Nick. The Santa Clause
is not only a wonderful film about Santa, but
a great addition to the Santa Claus mythology.
This new Christmas classic is a funny romp through
the misadventures of an average man trying to
cope with his unexpected transformation into Santa
Claus. The kids will definitely love it.
