WITH MARZIPAN AND WHIPPED CREAM
Ingredients (6 servings)

kg (2 lbs.) dates
Whipped
cream
Almond
paste :
1/4
kg (1/2 lb.) peeles and ground almonds
1/4
Kg (1/2 lb.) ground sugar
1
or 2 egg yolks
2
tspn water
Preparation Combine sugar, almonds and
water. Add egg yolk and combine above ingredients, thoroughly
mixing into a paste. Add another egg yolk if necessary. Once
paste has been mixed, remove core from dates and stuff some
of them with almond paste and others with whipped cream.
