WITH MARZIPAN AND WHIPPED CREAM

Whipped
cream |

Almond
paste : |

kg (1/2 lb.) peeles and ground almonds |
 |
1/4
Kg (1/2 lb.) ground sugar |
 |
1
or 2 egg yolks |
 |

tspn water |
Preparation
Combine sugar, almonds and
water. Add egg yolk and combine above ingredients, thoroughly
mixing into a paste. Add another egg yolk if necessary. Once
paste has been mixed, remove core from dates and stuff some
of them with almond paste and others with whipped cream.
