COCONUT
FLAN
Ingredients (6 servings)

medium can condensed milk |

kg (1/2 lb.) bag grated coconut |

tbspns sugar |

Caramel:
50 g (1.75 oz.) sugar and 1 tbspn water |
Preparation
Place eggs and sugar in mixing
bowl and whisk. Add condensed milk and grated coconut. Thoroughly
stir mixture. If necessary, use an electric mixer. Pour into a pre-caramelized
rectangular mold, and cook in a double saucepan in the oven for about
40 minutes. Allow to cool. Remove from mold directly on the serving
dish. Garnish with raisins and grated coconut.
