MELON WITH COINTREAU
Ingredients (6 servings)

1 melon (approximately 2 kg. or 4 lbs.)
200 g (7 oz.) sugar
Cointreau (to taste)

Preparación

In zigzag motion, cut melon in half and remove seeds. Remove melon's flesh with a scoop and set aside. Mix melon with sugar and soak in Cointreau. Set aside for approximately 1 hour. Fill each melon half with mixture. Serve both halves in round container.
