WITH COINTREAU
Ingredients (6 servings)

melon (approximately 2 kg. or 4 lbs.) |

g (7 oz.) sugar |

Cointreau (to taste) |
Preparación

In zigzag motion, cut melon in
half and remove seeds. Remove melon's flesh with a scoop and set
aside. Mix melon with sugar and soak in Cointreau. Set aside for
approximately 1 hour. Fill each melon half with mixture. Serve both
halves in round container.
