STUFFED
WHITE FISH
Ingredients (6 Servings)

white fish (approximately 1 kg. or 2 lbs.) split open,
boneless and head removed |

whole garlic cloves |

Kg. (1/2 lb.) shrimp |
 |

(1/2 lb.) mushrooms |

50
g (1.75 oz.) ham or bacon |

Lemon
juice |

cup of white wine |

Flour,
olive oil and salt |
Preparation

In olive oil, fry ham, cut
into small pieces, and garlic (chopped). Then, add shrimp (peeled),
sliced mushrooms, and a little white wine. Salt and stuff fish
with mixture. Close fish and cover in flour, most importantly
near recently stuffed portion of fish. Place fish in greased
baking dish, pouring olive oil and remaining cup of white wine
on fish. Bake for approximately 20 minutes at 180ºC (300ºF).
Remove from oven and carefully place in another dish.
