from curly endive, plain endive and red chicory |

oil, vinegar and salt |
Preparation

Chop tomatoes, onion, green pepper
and hard-boiled egg. Add mixture to white beans in a salad bowl. Cut
endive and chicory leaves into small pieces and combine with capers
in salad bowl. Prepare sauce with 12 tbspns of olive oil, 6 tbspns
of vinegar and salt. Mix well. Serve in individual bowls garnished
with hard-boiled egg.
