Hannukah
Although not a biblical holiday, Hannukah is the first historically recorded struggle for the practice of religious freedom (notwithstanding Passover, celebrated in Spring).
Kwanzaa
Diverging from seasonal religious holidays, Kwanzaa is a celebration of culture. Commemorating African-American traditions and history, it is observed from December 26 through January 1.
