Monique Angelique VAN DER HORN

I was born and raised in Aruba but I also lived in Holland for some time. I love the diversity of cultures and I have learnt to get along with people of various races and backgrounds. My grandmother Nena inspired me to develop an interest in fashion and she is responsible for making my entire wardrobe for the Miss World pageant, including designs from Ronchi de Cuba. I work in the tourism industry as a front office agent. The climate in Aruba is a magnate for tourists globally. I am surrounded by white beaches and I swim all year round. Horseback riding and dancing are my hobbies.I speak Papiamento, Dutch, English and Spanish.
