The Olympic Village will house 15.000 people in 1.000 housings. There they will almost lodge all the athletes and coaches that will participate in the Games.

After the Games, the village will become a neighborhood. Already 70% of the housings have been sold, with prices ranging up to $385,000 and it will be one of the biggest residence complexes in Sydney.
