Mobile Business Manager (New York, NY)


Candidate will be responsible for the development and revenue of Terra Networks' USA Mobile Business. Other responsibilities of the position include: Establishing relationships with Mobile Operators in the US, with the main goal of distributing Terra content through the Operator's channels, whether it is white label or Terra branded content. Make deals with local mobile content providers and aggregators (if needed) to compliment Terra's regional mobile content portfolio with local products. Work with Content and Marketing units in Terra USA to develop product and promotional strategies, as well as, give necessary business input for day-to-day marketing and content operation. Coordinate strategy and business operation with Latin America teams. Qualification requiremed: Minimum 4 years experience working in mobile content industry. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or minimum 4 years experience in mobile content industry. Extensive knowledge of mobile business products and technology. Must be proactive, team-player, able to travel within the U.S. and Latin America, and Bi-lingual fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal. Candidate must have a successful track record and be results-oriented.

Regional Sales Manager - East Coast (New York, NY)


Selling Manager for the Eastern Region, which includes managing East Coast team. Accountable for meeting regional budget goal. Responsibilities include: Managing the sales efforts for digital medial products, generating and maximizing online revenue and support sales objectives, manages account manager team to provide optimal customer service and expand revenue base, monitors sales performance by providing coaching and support where necessary to achieve revenue goals, directly prospects, develops, closes, and maintains strategic advertising/sponsorship accounts, accountable for attaining targeted sales goals/quotas for both U.S. to U.S. Hispanic sales and U.S. to Latin America online sales, and develops new business from direct clients and ad agencies and increase share of budget for existing business. Sales Strategist (Coral Gables, FL)


Senior level position whose main responsibilities will be to develop sales marketing materials to maximize ad sales revenues. Responsibilities include: To develop the go-to market strategies and opportunities for advertising products and solutions: Content specials, targeting solutions, custom solutions, product launches, database solutions, etc. by working directly between and coordinating with the following departments: Content/product/programming, marketing, business development, sales, strategic partners, vendors and Terra Latin America teams. Responsible for creating packaged sales opportunities, utilizing Terra's ad products and solutions. This includes new products/features, new technical capabilities, inventory changes due to site redesigns, partner contenet and network sites. Responsible for producing "off the shelf" and custom sales materials, decks, one-sheets, etc. Responding to client specific custom requests. Gathers and analyzes market data, reports, and research. Meets with partners/vendors, reviews competitive sites, attends industry conferences, and presents or makes new/enhanced product recommendations. Requirements include: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field, 5 + years related media experience, computer literate, internet savvy, solid understanding of on-line media and, preferably, traditional media as well. Ability to analyze and process research data, excellent presentation skills, demonstrates logical thinking, understanding of marketing principles and creativity. Articulates opinions, thoughts, and ideas in an easily understood, clear manner. Works cross-functionally to take an active role in shaping new business initiatives. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, excellent interpersonal written and oral communication skills. Results oriented, tenacious, determined, creative, and accountable. Passionate commitment to customer satisfaction and must be thoroughly bilingual (English/Spanish).

Internet Producer (1 for Portal News, Los Angeles, CA)


Main responsibilities will include writing, editing, proofreading, Spanish online content, as well as, scorping projects, preparing articles from knowledge of topic, supplemented by additional study and research, and managing these projects from inception through completion. The Internet Producer will secure approvals of all print and graphic materials from originating source, coordinate with management on activities such as determining overall theme/direction of content, and have familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field of interactive journalism. Other duties include planning and directing editorial production activities, work and monitor production processes, and conduct meetings. Requirements include: Bachelor's Degree in Communications or Journalism, and minimum of one year experience in Spanish-language online media. Strong Internet/Technology skills, professional-level command of written and verbal Spanish and English language, creative and attentive to details, and strong understanding of web design.
